Despite having tons of online recharge apps, a lot of people are still dependent on offline recharge shops and retailers. As a result, many are unable to recharge their phones due to coronavirus lockdown. Given the situation, Reliance Jio has now come up with a new community recharge app, dubbed as Jio POS Lite, that pays you for helping other people with recharges. In this article, let’s see how you can earn money online using your Jio SIM through Jio POS Lite.
Earn Money Online Using Jio SIM: Jio POS Lite
With JioPOS Lite, you can become a Jio partner and make a decent amount of money by recharging the prepaid accounts of other Jio customers. As of now, the company is offering a commission of 4.16% for each recharge. The app is easy to use and doesn’t require any physical documents for verification.
Steps to earn money through Jio POS Lite-
1] To start with, download and install the application from Google Play Store through the link given below. Currently, it’s available only for Android users.
2] Open the app and grant all necessary permissions, including access to contacts and location.
3] Click on Signup to register yourself as a Jio Partner. Note that it requires an active Jio number, and the same will be verified through OTP.
3] Thereafter, log in with your mobile number and OTP. It’ll then prompt you to set an M-PIN for securing the application.
4] Now, you need to load money to your wallet in denominations of INR 1000, INR 2000, or INR 2500 through UPI, debit/ credit cards, net banking, or other payment apps.
5] Once you’ve added the funds, Jio will directly add the commission of 4.16% to the loaded amount.
For example, on a deposit of INR 1000, Jio will add an additional INR 41.66 as your commission. The final amount of INR 1041.66 will reflect in your wallet and can be used to recharge other Jio numbers. What that means is that your commission will be credited the moment you load balance to your account.
Now, you can use the wallet balance to recharge the mobile number of any Jio customer, be it your friend, family, or colleague. Just ask for the desired plan, confirm the amount, and proceed with the recharge.
Note- The money loaded into the JioPOS wallet can only be used for recharging prepaid Jio mobile numbers. It cannot be redeemed back to your bank account. So, add funds only as per your requirements.
