Xiaomi also launched the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 in India today alongside the new Mi 10 smartphone. The new wireless earphones were first introduced in China as the Mi AirDots Pro 2 back in September last year. These also introduced globally in March this year. The key features of the new TWS from Xiaomi include LDHC Hi-Res audio codec, smart voice controls, dual microphones for environmental noise cancellation, and 14.2mm drivers.

Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Features, Specs

The new Mi earphones come with a case and automatically connect with the phone running MIUI when you open the case and pick up an earphone. These have Bluetooth 5.0 support with LDHC/SBC/AAC codes for connecting to Android and iOS devices.

These come with 14.2mm drivers for better audio output and dual microphones for noise cancellation (ENC) as well as voice control.

The earphones also have touch controls for volume and to change track. These have an infrared sensor for wear detection so it automatically pauses when you remove it.

The design of the new earphones is a semi-in-ear design that fits in your ear canal and makes it more comfortable to wear and these don’t fall off easily. The earbuds are also lightweight and each weighs just 4.5 grams. The case weighs 50 grams.

The earphones offer 4 hours of standalone playback and these can offer up to 14 hours with the case. The case comes with USB Type-C charging support and charges in 1 hour.

Price and Availability

The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 is priced at Rs. 4,499. However, these will be available for Rs. 3,999 only from May 12 to May 17. The sale will start from May 12 on Amazon.in, mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The earphones come in White color only.
