The highlight features of OnePlus Nord include 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 765G processor,  dual in-screen front cameras, 48MP quad-rear cameras, and 4115mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

OnePlus Nord will go on sale next week from August 4. So if you are planning to buy this mid-range phone, you need to know a few things about it. We have come across a few things about OnePlus Nord while testing it. Read on to know!

OnePlus Nord Display Brightness

We tested the brightness, daylight visibility, and viewing angles of the OnePlus Nord display. The 6.44-inch Fluid AMOLED display on Nord has a 401 LUX brightness level, which is a good score considering its price.

In comparison, Vivo X50 which is costlier than Nord scores way higher than this. Also, POCO X2 Pro which is cheaper than OnePlus Nord has even a greater score than Nord.

Display Daylight Visibility

Coming to the daylight visibility, the phone offers good visibility during daylight. We check the display in three scenarios when the brightness is maximum, when it is minimum and when it is at auto. Overall, we find the daylight visibility very good.

OnePlus Nord Gaming Test

Coming to the gaming test, we played PUBG on Nord and we must say, it is smooth and has no lag at all. You can play it either smooth +ultra graphics settings or HD+High graphic settings. You can watch Both settings’ gameplay in the video.

OnePlus Nord Benchmark Scores

We ran certain benchmark apps on OnePlus Nord and here are the scores. OnePlus Nord AnTuTu benchmark score is 320883, which is a good score considering it has Snapdragon 765G. Also, it has a Geekbench score of 604 in single-core and 1930 in a multi-core test, which is again very good.

Nord Loudspeaker Test

We also tested its loudspeaker. To recall, it comes with Super Linear speakers and supports the noise cancellation feature as well. Watch the embedded video to check the sound quality. We found that in terms of audio, the phone performs pretty well.

Now, if you are going to buy OnePlus Nord, to recall its price in India starts at Rs. 24,999 for the 6GB+64GB version and goes up to Rs. 29,999 for the 12GB+256GB version. It will be available via Amazon.in, OnePlus.in, and offline stores starting from August 4.
