How to Use Gboard Clipboard Feature to Copy Paste Text

If you use the Gboard as the default keyboard on your phone then here is a trick to help you with multitasking. You may have not noticed but the Gboard keyboard comes with a clipboard feature that keeps all the copied stuff in one place. You can copy multiple stuff and keep it in the clipboard till you need it.

The clipboard on the Gboard supports everything that you copy on your device. It can keep the text, links, and even images to the clipboard to paste them anywhere you want. Here is a little step by step guide about how you can use the clipboard on your Android smartphone.

How to Access the Clipboard in Gboard

To access and use the clipboard on Gboard is pretty simple, just follow the steps below.

1] Open the keyboard on any app and tap the three dots menu button on the toolbar.

2] You will see a couple of other options appear in the keyboard area.

3] Tap the Clipboard option from here and you will see all the copied stuff on one scrollable page. You will also see all the copied images in this place.

4] Here you can just tap on the item you want to paste to the desired place.

5] If you want to remove any item from the clipboard, you can just swipe away that item sideways.

6] You can turn off the clipboard if you want, using the toggle button on the toolbar.
