This ‘ignore repeated touches’ is a setting in your phone’s Accessibility under ‘interaction and dexterity’. When you turn it off, the blue circle would not appear each time you touch the screen. Follow these steps to turn off this setting on your phone:

  1. Go to Settings on your phone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Accessibility”.
  3. From there, tap on the “Interaction and Dexterity” option.
  4. Under Touch settings turn off the toggle next to “Ignore Repeated touches” if it is already turned on.

That’s it! Now your phone will not show repeated touches when you touch on the screen.
