Question: In which cities UberHire is available?

Answer: Currently, the UberHire is available in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Vizag, Nagpur, Bangalore, Pune, and Kochi.


Question: How does it work?

Answer: The latest update of your Uber app will now have a UberHire button. Click on that, set up your pickup location and request your ride. Just like any other Uber service, you will get a confirmation with details of the ride and driver. The fare will be calculated at the end of the trip based on the duration and distance of the trip.

Question: How do I pay for UberHire?

Answer: UberHire service is only available in cash for now. Digital payment is not applicable for now.

Question: Are the city limits different for UberHire?

Answer: No, the city limits are same for UberHire just like any other Uber service.

Answer: UberHire costs for different cities are slightly different.

Ahmedabad: You can have UberHire for a minimum price of Rs. 540 for 2 hours/first 30 kms and Rs. 12/km thereafter.

Bangalore: The minimum price is Rs. 549 for 2 hours/first 40 kms and Rs. 13/km thereafter.

Chennai: The minimum price is Rs. 449 for 2 hours/first 20 kms and Rs. 12/km thereafter.

Mumbai: The minimum price is Rs. 600 for 2 hours/first 30 kms and Rs. 12/km thereafter.

Nagpur: The minimum price is Rs. 500 for 2 hours/first 30 kms and Rs. 12/km thereafter.

Kochi: The minimum price is Rs. 500 for 2 hours/first 30 kms and Rs. 12/km and Rs. 2/ hour thereafter.

Question: What are the cancellation charges?

Answer: You can cancel your UberHire within 5 minutes of booking. After that, you will be charged Rs 100.

Answer: Your total bill includes the taxes, fuel, distance and time charges.
