The Cupertino giant’s latest flagship is finally making its way to India. The preorders for the Apple iPhone X will start from October 27. The latest iPhone X will be sold at a peak price of Rs. 1,02,000 for the 256GB internal storage variant.

With a refreshed edge-to-edge display and features like FaceID, the Apple iPhone X is much anticipated by the fan base here in India. Also, the phone will be up for preorder on Amazon, Flipkart, as well as Apple e-store. It is reported that Apple will ship only 20 million units of the iPhone X this year.

Starting with the design, the Apple iPhone X comes with an edge-to-edge display with a notch at the top. With refreshed looks, the phone features a 5.8 inch AMOLED display which is first ever used by Apple.

Coming to optics, the Apple iPhone X comes with a vertically-set dual camera setup at the back. The rear cameras comprise of two 12MP lenses with a wide angle lens (f/1.8 aperture) and a telephoto lens (f/2.4 aperture). The front camera is a 7MP unit with Face ID for facial recognition to unlock your phone.

In the hardware department, the iPhone X is backed by the A11 Bionic chip, which is a 6-core 64-bit processor. It comes with an Apple-designed GPU and ISP. In the storage department, the phone comes with 64GB and 256GB storage options, both of which will come to India.

Running on the iOS 11, the Apple iPhone X features a new way of interacting with your phone. Since the physical home-button is gone, a swipe up gesture from the bottom will unlock your iPhone X. With wireless charging capability, the latest iPhone comes with stereo speakers for better audio output.

Pricing and Availability

The Apple iPhone X will come in silver and space grey colors. The 64GB iPhone X will come at Rs. 89,000 while the 256GB variant will come at Rs. 1,02,000. The iPhone X will be available for pre-order on Amazon, Flipkart, and Apple e-store starting October 27.
