Nokia has started rolling Nokia Lumia Black OTA update globally. The update will first roll out on Nokia Lumia 925 and Nokia Lumia 1020 and will gradually roll out for all other smartphones in the Lumia Series in coming weeks. The new update will bring several significant changes like added App folder, Nokia Beamer and much more!

The App folder allows you to better organize your Start screen. Using this feature you can now group similar apps under single folder or a tile thus giving it a well ordered look. You can separately download App folder from the Windows Phone store.

Not only the Start Screen, but the Glance screen has been modified too. Your Lumia Glance screen will now host notifications for up to 5 Apps. You can also choose a night mode for glance screen and see all glance screen content in 3 different colors.

The Nokia Refocus App will be made available on all Lumia devices with 1 GB or more RAM. This App debuted with Nokia Lumia 1520 and can be used to focus on different parts of an image after you have clicked it. The image thus clicked can also be shared over social networking platforms and the recipients can also re-focus on the clicked image.

The Nokia Beamer will now let you beam everything on your Lumia screen to a nearby internet connected display which includes televisions and other Lumia Phones. This way you can conveniently share information with your friends. This feature is also coming to phones with 1 GB or more RAM .

The Nokia Story Teller App which arranges your pictures in a chronological order on the Nokia HERE maps. This auto arrangement of pics according to date and time builds a story which you can scan through.

The Nokia Camera App will now have combined Nokia Pro Camera and Smart Camera experience. The app was available to Lumia phones with PureView camera and will now be available in rest of windows Phone 8 devices. The RAW file support will pre provided only for Nokia Lumia 1020 owners.
