While not much is known about the Huawei Mate 10 series, we all know it is the next in-line to the flagship Mate series. While the Huawei Mate 8 was much appreciated for its multimedia capabilities, the Mate 9 received a more subtle response because of heating reported by some people.

Huawei CEO Richard Yu earlier confirmed that the Mate 10 series will come with full-screen displays and Fast charging support. This means that Huawei will also get in the bezel-less display race. Some leaks suggest that it will be a 6-inch panel.

Confirming a dual camera setup, Huawei’s teaser even has a hashtag #beyondthegalaxy which looks like a direct comparison with Samsung’s Galaxy series. We may get to see the RGB and Monochrome Leica lenses combination on the Huawei Mate 10 series.

Also, Huawei has introduced a new processor at the IFA 2017. The Kirin 970 10nm chipset is an Octa-core processor with multimedia features like Dual Image Signal Processor (ISP) and 4-Hybrid focus for better camera usage.

We may get Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm earphone jack on the Huawei Mate 10. Let us wait till its launch on October 16 to know all about this year’s Mate flagship.
