After successfully selling over 3 Lakh units of Lenovo A6000, the Chinese manufacturer has now released Lenovo A7000, which will target slightly higher price range. The handset flaunts robust specs and is also the first smartphone with Dolby Atmos Audio support, a surround sound technology which audiophiles can relish via headphones.
The Lenovo A7000 has a bigger 5.5 Inch display with 720p HD resolution, handled by MediaTek MT6752 big.LITTLE octa core chipset with 2 cortex A53 clusters clocked at 1.5 GHz and 1.3 GHz, assisted by 2 GB RAM. Internal storage is 8 GB and there is option to further expand it by standard 32 GB using MicroSD card slot.

For photography, there is 8 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5 MP front shooter which can capture good quality selfies. A juicy 2900 mAh battery equips Lenovo A7000 for durable long run performance.
Software is Android 5.0 Lollipop based Vibe UI, which doesn’t utilize much of Lollipop’s charm. At MWC 2015, the company talked about a lighter Vibe UI coming very soon to A7000 and other Lenovo phones. Other features include dual SIM functionality, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
