Micromax will soon launch another Octa core smartphone Micromax A300 in India. The stock for Micromax A300 has already reached Indian shores. The phone has also been listed on Price Deals India with specifications and a coming soon tag.
The retailer lists 5 inch Full HD display, where as the import data suggests a phablet sized 5.5 Inch display which makes more sense as Micromax is already selling Canvas Knight with 5 Inch Full HD display and similar set of specifications.
The 2 GHz MT6592 octa core chipset with 2 GB RAM and Mali 450 MP4 GPU will fuel Android 4.4 KitKat operating system on Micromax A300 for smooth and efficient performance.
The retailer also lists a 16 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front shooter similar to what was present on Micromax Canvas Knight A350.
Since we know that Micromax’s Hexa-core device is in its final testing stages, Micromax A300 might very well be a hexa core smartphone with phablet sized display. If priced right, this could be a powerful competitor in 15K to 20K price range.
