Motorola has released its first wave of smartphones in 2018 lineup under the Moto G6 and Moto E5 lineup last week. The company is yet to reveal a new flagship smartphone with a high-end chipset which is Snapdragon 845 SoC but there is nothing official about this smartphone. The leaks are starting to coming out of this smartphone and the first ever leak is the render images of the smartphone.
The rendered image has been leaked by the Android Headlines which shows both sides of the smartphone. According to the rendered images of the smartphone, the smartphone seems to be featuring the glass back which we already saw on its predecessor. The smartphone inherits the same design as its predecessor but with some rearrangements of the components.
The smartphone will feature a full view display with 18:9 aspect ratio, the bezels are pretty slim compared to the previous models. The bezel below the display has Motorola branding with two microphone pin holes. At the back of the smartphone, we can clearly see a camera module which is nothing new compared to its predecessor. There is Motorola brand logo on the glossy glass back, the Moto Mods connecting pins are also visible at the back.
Motorola has shifted the fingerprint sensor in the power button which is visible clearly in the images, the button is placed below the volume rocker. Motorola did this because there is no space left on the front for the fingerprint sensor and it cannot be placed at the back of the phone because of the Moto Mods connectivity.
These all are leaks about this smartphone so do not take anything from this news for granted. The smartphone might come with a totally different design which we will all see at the launch which according to the leaks is around the corner.
