OPPO F1 Plus 16 MP Front Camera in India For Rs. 26,990 INR

OPPO F1 Plus with a 16 MP front camera has been launched in India. OPPO’s latest smartphone comes with a 5.5 inch full HD display and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. OPPO F1 Plus launch price is set at Rs. 26,990. It was unveiled at the OPPO F1 launch earlier this year.

The OPPO F1 Plus is the bigger sibling with a 5.5 inch full HD 1080p display and 4 GB RAM. Super thin bezels and a fully metallic design give the OPPO F1 Plus a very premium look and feel. Despite the 5.5 inch display, the thin bezels make the phone look really sleek.

Oppo F1 Plus

The OPPO F1 Plus is the same as the OPPO R9 that the company launching in China last month. It comes with an octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 processor and fingerprint sensor on the Home button. It comes with a whopping 4 GB RAM and 32 GB / 64 GB internal memory options which can be further expanded up to 128 GB with microSD card.

The OPPO F1 Plus features a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, Phase Detection Autofocus, 5P lens, an LED Flash, 80.6-degree wide-angle lens, 4K video recording and a multitude of features in the camera app like Ultra HDR+, filters, burst shot and others. However, the main attraction of the OPPO F1 Plus is the front camera. With a 16 MP camera on the front, OPPO wants to make sure your selfies look better than ever before.

The OPPO F1 Plus runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with OPPO’s Color OS 3.0 on top. The company has a beta version of Marshmallow based Color OS in testing right now. According to the company’s forums, the Marshmallow update is just around the corner, so you can expect the rollout to begin soon.

F1 Plus comes with a 2850 mAh battery. It may be a little small considering the size of the phone, but OPPO has included its proprietary VOOC fast charging feature. According to the company, charging the F1 Plus for 5 minutes will give you up to 2 hours talktime. That is quite fast.

OPPO F1 Plus will be available for Rs. 26,990 in Gold and Rose Gold. The phone will be available across India from mid-April.
