Samsung has launched a new smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) with the model number (SM-J250F) in India. The smartphone was introduced back in December last year and comes with a 5-inch qHD Super AMOLED display.
It is powered by the budget processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,190 and will be available from April 27.
Commenting on the launch, the Director of Mobile Business, Samsung India, Sumit Walia said, “Galaxy J2 2018 reiterates Samsung’s commitment towards meaningful innovations that delight our customers. For this device, we focussed on two trends amongst Indian youth – growth of online shopping and high usage of Social media platforms.

The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) comes with a 5 inches qHD Super AMOLED display. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU. The processor is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card.
Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat layered with Samsung Experience UI. The smartphone comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP shooter at the front with LED flash. The smartphone is 8.4mm thin and weighs only 153 grams. It is powered by a 2,600mAh battery and comes with all the connectivity options.
