Samsung Galaxy S9+ Coral Blue variant leaked ahead of launch on February 25

Samsung is all set to unveil its 2018 flagship phones, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ on February 25. So far, we have seen several leaked images of the Galaxy S9 and S9+, while some other reports revealed the specification also. Now, just ahead of the official launch, the Coral Blue variant of the Galaxy S9+ has been leaked.

The latest leak came from Evan Blass, a popular tipster. Earlier last week, he had revealed that Samsung would announce its upcoming flagship phones in four colors including Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple.

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Specifications

The latest leaked image re-confirms the dual rear cameras for the Galaxy S9+. Apart from the camera, the leaked image of the Galaxy S9+ also confirms the already leaked features as well. Going by the picture, we can see the Galaxy S9+ comes with on-screen capacitive buttons. The device features a 6.2-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Coming to the back side of the image, the Galaxy S9+ is seen with dual rear cameras with an LED flash next to it. The Galaxy S9+ will sport a 12MP + 12MP dual rear camera setup with an LED Flash. We can also see the fingerprint sensor placed on the back side of the Galaxy S9+ which sits right below the dual cameras unlike what we had seen on the Galaxy S8+.

The Galaxy S9+ will come with a 3,500mAh battery. Both the smartphones are expected to launch with Android Oreo with Samsung Experience 9 on top. The Galaxy S9+ is expected to come with 6GB RAM with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. However, we may not see the Snapdragon 845 model in India and Samsung will launch the device with Exynos 9 Series 9810 processor for Indian users.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus launch event will take place at 6 PM CET (10:30 PM IST) in Barcelona on February 25, 2018. The company is holding the showcase event right ahead of MWC 2018. The Samsung flagship phones are expected to go on sale sometime in March 2018.
