The Xolo A500L will come with a 4 Inch WVGA display similar to Xolo A500s which gives you a pixel density of 233 ppi which is good on this screen size and most you can get in this price range. It will be a fine clarity display.

The phone is powered by a MT6572 chipset and both of these processors tick at 1.3 GHz and have 2 cores and won’t give you any difference in performance. The RAM capacity is same at 512 MB and the internal storage also remains same at 4 GB. It can be further extended to 32 GB using MicroSD support.

The camera of this phone has been downgraded to 3 MP from 5 MP and this is one of the major difference in these devices. The front VGA camera is also present for Video Calling. This phone runs on Android 4.2 and comes with XOLO Secure app that backs up call logs, messages and even tracks the phone’s location remotely.

The battery capacity has been improved to 1500 mAh from 1400 mAh and Xolo claims this will give you talk time of 13 hours on 2 G which is good improvement. The standby time is also pretty good at 681 hours on 2G. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA+, 3G, WiFi, and GPS with AGPS support.

Xolo A500L is expected to be slightly expensive than Xolo A500S and will provide with similar performance. You will get a slightly better camera in Xolo A500s and a slightly better battery backup in Xolo A500L. If cheaper Xolo A500L will be a better option.
