Update: 19/ 1/14 Xolo Q700S has now been officially launched for a maximum retail price of 9,999 INR. The phone is available for purchase in Gold and Silver color.
Xolo Q700 was quite successful being one of rare few quad core options below 10,000 INR in most of 2013. Xolo earlier launched Xolo Q700i to cash in on its popularity with slight upgrades and now another revamped version of the phone dubbed Xolo Q700S is now selling on Ebay for Rs. 9, 479.
The phone sports 1.3 GHz quad core processor most likely embedded in MT6582 SoC with Mali 400 GPU. The 4.5 inch display sports FWVGA 854 X 480 resolution which is a step down from Xolo Q700 and Xolo Q700i, both of which flaunt qHD resolution.
The primary camera has an 8 MP sensor and a front VGA camera is also present for video calling. The primary camera is capable of Full HD video recording. The RAM capacity is 1 GB and internal storage is 4GB, expandable to 32 GB using microSD card. On the software front this phone sports Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system.
Many key specifications have not been listed yet. We expect the phone to show up on official Xolo Website soon with more details. The phone is listed on Ebay for Rs. 9,479 and we expect the best deal price to be far less than this after the official release.
