ASUS 6Z Launched in India: Price, Availability & Full Specifications

ASUS 6Z has just launched in India at an event in New Delhi. The highlights of the latest ASUS phone are a unique flip camera design, Snapdragon 855 processor, a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor and 5,000mAh battery.

The latest flagship from the company comes with a new name in the country because of a trademark-related issue. To recall, ASUS launched it as Zenfone 6 last month at an event in Spain. Let’s check out the price in India, availability and full specs of ASUS 6Z.

ASUS 6Z Price in India, Availability

The ASUS 6Z price in India starts at Rs. 31,999 for the 6GB/64GB version. The 6GB/128GB version costs Rs. 34,999 and goes up to Rs. 39,999 for the top-end 8GB/256GB version.

It will go on sale via Flipkart starting from June 26. The company is offering a complete mobile protection plan at just Rs. 99 which is originally priced at Rs. 3,999.

ASUS 6Z Full Specifications

The ASUS 6Z sports a 6.46-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel that is called NanoEdge display. It has HDR10 support and is protected by Gorilla Glass 6. The phone has a 3D Gorilla Glass back and an aluminum frame. There’s a back-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 855 chipset with Adreno 640 GPU. For memory, it packs up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.

The dual cameras work as both front and rear camera. There is a 48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor camera with f/1.79 aperture lens, 0.8μm pixel size and a 13MP secondary camera with 125-degree ultra-wide lens and f/2.4 aperture.

The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with ZenUI 6. Connectivity options include triple slots, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS+GLONASS, and USB Type-C port.

For audio, it comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, 5-magnet stereo speaker and Dual NXP TFA9874 smart amp. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with QuickCharge 4.0 fast charging support.
