Indian mobile manufactures are seems to be at their boom these days as we have seen few good mobiles coming out from Micromax the top Indian giant specially with its Canvas series phablets, Karbon launching few device and now Celkon seems to be on the same path. Celkon have launched its A57 few days back which we have covered and now the company has launched Celkon A62 which appears to be a successor of A57.

In the news we covered recently for the launch of A62, we have mentioned that this device could be a threat to Micromax  Ninja A89 and today we will compare the specs of both this device and check how this device could be a good competition for Micromax. So starting with the display, the Celkon A62 features a big screen i.e 4.7 inch screen with the average resolution of 854 x 480 pixels where as the Micromax have a smaller display of 4 inch with 480 * 800 Pixel.

The resolution looks pretty same but the size will be a difference here. Both this device operates the same Android version which is Ice cream sandwich and comes with 1 GHz Dual core processor with 512 MB RAM support but Celkon has got a good battery power as compared with its rival Micromax A89 Ninja. If we compare the Camera definitely Celkon clearly wins this point as Celkon will be providing 8MP camera in comparison of 3MP camera of its rival Ninja A89 and will be providing a secondary camera of 2MP, which could enable you to do the video calling which was lacking in the Micromax Ninja.

The price difference between this two device is just Rs.500 where Celkon ha the price tag of Rs.6799 INR versus the Micromax A89 Ninja’s price tag of Rs.6299 INR. On paper Celkon seems strong with bigger display, Powerful battery and a better camera power as compared with Ninja A89 and that too with a very less price difference.
