While the mobile industry is moving forward towards advanced smartphone technologies, Micromax has announced an interesting feature phone dubbed X352. This feature phone is different from the rest in the market as it doubles as a portable charger with its inbuilt juicy 3,000 mAh battery that is a rarity even in mid-range smartphones. While there is no official word on the pricing of this feature phone, it is available on eBay for Rs 2,199.
The Micromax X352 features a 2.8 inch display packing a low resolution of 240×320 pixels and packs a VGA camera at its rear for basic video calling. There is a very low storage capacity of 156 KB that can be expanded up to 8 GB with a micro SD card. Other features include Bluetooth 2.0 and dual SIM support as in the other budget phones.
Interestingly, the Micromax X352 is bundled with an in-built 3,000 mAh battery that delivers of an impressive backup of 11 hours of talk time and 700 hours of standby time. Given the entry-level specifications of the handset the battery can definitely last for a long time especially when Bluetooth is not in use.
As mentioned above, the enormous battery in the Micromax X352 is designed especially to act as a power bank to charge a tablet or any other device while the users are on the go.
