Xiaomi has today launched its last year flagship phone Mi4 in India priced at 19,999 INR. Xiaomi also detailed its new MIUI 6 which will now be available in India for all Xiaomi Devices. Xiaomi Mi4 will be available starting February 10 in India and registration will start from 28th January onwards.

Xiaomi Mi4 is a solid built smartphone which exudes premium feel, for which it owes a lot to metallic side frame and very narrow display bezels. Speaking of which, the sharp 5 Inch Full HD IPS LCD display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and is comparable to high end flagship phones.

The processor used is Snapdragon 801 quad core (Krait 400) ticking at 2.5 GHz which makes this Android 4.4.2 KitKat based MIUI 6.0 running device extremely snappy. The chipset is aided by 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. Xiaomi has not launched 64 GB variant of Mi4 in India as of now.

The MIUI 6 will bring about several changes like subtle motion graphics, new design, new lock screen, smarter Notification handling, New mail app, new Message app, several vibrant themes and a lot more. MIUI 6 will arrive for Xiaomi Mi3 and Redmi Note 4G in early February and will arrive on Xiaomi Redmi 1S and Redmi Note in late March.

The primary rear camera has a 13 MP sensor, 1/3 Inches in size and with large 1.12 Micrometer pixel size for better low light performance. The rear camera, aided by Dual tone LED flash can record 4k videos. The 8 MP selfie camera at the front can be used for Full HD video recording as well.

Xiaomi Mi4 measures 139.2 x 68.5 x 8.9 mm and weighs 149 grams. There is 3080 mAh battery inside, which should be good enough for more than one day usage. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, GPS with A-GPS support, GLONASS, Beidou, Fm Radio and MicroUSB 2.0

Rooting Mi4 won’t void your 1 year warranty. Xiaomi Mi4 will be available exclusively on Flipkart f0r 19,999 INR starting 10th February. Registration starts today.
