The Huawei Honor 6 Plus smartphone that was in the Chinese market in December last year is all set to arrive in the Indian market. Well, the Honor 6 Plus is to be launched in India on last week of March 2015 along with more smartphones. It is believed that the smartphone will be coming to India with an exclusive partnership with the online retailer Flipkart. This partnership is not new as both Huawei and Flipkart had already partnered to release the Honor 6 and Honor Holly smartphones in the country.
As mentioned above, the highlight of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is the use of bionic parallel dual lens camera at its rear. The handset uses dual 8 MP cameras with a dual LED flash at the back. It is claimed that the two cameras will capture images at 4160×3120 pixel resolution and take in twice the amount of light as compared to the usual single sensor snappers. Besides the dual camera lens at the back, there is an 8 MP front facing selfie snapper as well. There are a host of image editing features on the smartphone.

When it comes to other specifications, the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is given a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and 401 ppi pixel density. Powering the device from within is an octa core HiSilicon Kirin 925 processor backed by 3 GB of RAM and Mali-T628 MP4 graphics unit respectively.
The storage aspects of the Huawei smartphone include 16 GB of inbuilt memory capacity that can be expanded further by another 128 GB using a micro SD card slot. There are connectivity aspects such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE and a non-removable 3,600 mAh battery to keep things energized. The device is based on Android KitKat operating system topped with Emotion 3.0 UI.
