Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro With Snapdragon 625 Now Official

Samsung today launched another mid-range device, the Galaxy C7 Pro. This is the second device to be launched in the Galaxy C range in the last few days – Samsung had launched the Galaxy C9 Pro recently. However, while the Galaxy C9 Pro is coming to India soon, the Galaxy C7 Pro has only been listed on the company’s China website for now.

Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro Specifications

The Galaxy C7 Pro comes with a big 5.7 inch full HD Super AMOLED display. At 1920 x 1080 pixels on a 5.7 inch display, you get a pixel density of ~386 PPI. The phone still runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, unfortunately. As usual, it also comes with TouchWiz UI on top.

Coming to the SoC, the Galaxy C7 Pro features Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC with an 2.2 GHz octa-core processor and Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, with the ability to expand it using a microSD card up to 256GB.

As far as imaging is concerned, the Galaxy C7 Pro features a rear 16MP f/1.9 aperture camera with a dual tone dual LED flash. You get the same 16MP f/1.9 camera on the front as well. The camera app comes with features like geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR among other modes. You can record up to 1080p videos at 30FPS.


Connectivity options on the phone include dual SIM and 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and FM Radio. The dual SIM card slot is a hybrid one, so you will only be able to use two SIMs or one SIM and one microSD card at any given point of time.

The Galaxy C7 Pro is powered by a 3300 mAh battery.

Pricing And Availability

Samsung has not revealed the price of the Galaxy C7 Pro yet. However, pre-orders for the phone are now live in China. It comes in Rose Pink, Arctic Blue, and Maple Leaf Gold colour options.
