Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy Note 8 here in India on September 11. The device will be launched at an event to be held in New Delhi, India. The company will be launching the Exynos variant in India, with an estimated price of around Rs. 69,000-70,000.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Specifications
Built with an intricately placed Glass finish, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 comes with an IP68 water and dust resistance. It packs a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The camera department packs a dual 12MP setup on the back, with both the sensors featuring OIS. On the front, the phone features an 8MP camera with an f/1.7 aperture.
Coming to hardware, the Indian variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will sport Samsung’s home-brewed Exynos 8895 processor. Some variants in other countries are sporting Snapdragon 835 processor. Other than this, the RAM is pegged at 6GB while 64GB internal storage is given along with 256GB expansion option.
On the performance front, you get Android 7.1.1 out-of-the-box along with Grace UI on top. the Note 8 features an Always-On display with a dedicated Bixby button to access Samsung’s advanced AI assistant. Also, the Note 8 is expected to be updated to Android 8.0 Oreo soon.
Backed by a 3,300 mAh battery, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 features 4G VoLTE connectivity with Dual Sim capability. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, USB Type-C, 3.5mm earphone jack, and NFC to support Samsung Pay.
