Gionee A1 Plus, A1 Lite price cut up to Rs. 3000 – New prices, offer details

As the festive season is approaching, all the companies have started offering discounts on their products. Chinese smartphone maker Gionee has announced a price cut of up to Rs. 3,000 on its selfie-centric Gionee A1 devices. Apart from the price cut, the company also offers Paytm cashback and free Airtel data as well.

Gionee launched the A1 Plus smartphone back in July this year and it was priced Rs. 26,999 in India. Later the company launched a more affordable version known as the Gionee A1 Lite in August at a price tag of Rs. 14,999 in India. Now, the company has announced a price cut on both the smartphones.

The Gionee A1 Plus has received a Rs. 3000 price cut and the Gionee A1 Lite has received a Rs. 1000 price cut. So, Gionee A1 Plus is now available for Rs. 23,999 and A1 Lite is for Rs. 13,999 from retail stores and Amazon India. Users can even get the A1 Lite for as low as Rs. 12,799 on

Other Gionee offers

Gionee recently partnered with Airtel and Paytm to offer other benefits to its customers. Gionee A1 Plus or A1 Lite buyers who are Airtel customers will get additional 10 GB data per month for 6 months on any recharge of 1GB and above. Apart from that, the company offers Paytm cashback vouchers worth Rs. 250 cash back on a minimum purchase of Rs. 350 on Paytm mall.

To recall, the Gionee A1 Plus has a 6-inch 1080p display and features a unibody metal design. The phone is powered by an Octa-Core Helio P25 processor and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo UI. It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 processor and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo 4.0 UI. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the back. A1 Lite has a 4000mAh battery.
