Redmi K20 with 48MP Rear Camera, Pop-up Selfie Camera Launching on May 28

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand in China has announced that its flagship Redmi K20 will be launched on May 28 at an event in Beijing. The company has been teasing the phone for a long time and has already revealed its several features like pop-up selfie camera, Snapdragon 855 processor, a 48-megapixel rear camera and a 4,000mAh battery.

The company has also shared the first image of the phone in Red color. The images also that the Redmi K20 will sport triple rear cameras and a new type of pattern on the back. The phone is expected to be launched as POCO F2 in India.

Redmi K20 Specifications

As per the previous leaks, the Redmi K20 is expected to pack a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. It will sport a pop-up selfie camera design. It will also come with a sixth generation in-display fingerprint sensor.

In the camera department, it will sport a triple rear camera set up with a 48MP primary rear camera having Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens, and a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens. It will sport a 20MP pop-up front camera.

It will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It will run on Android Pie based MIUI 10. The device will pack a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging support.

Xiaomi India Head & VP Manu Kumar Jain has already confirmed that the Redmi K20 will also be launched in India soon after China launch. It is expected to come as POCO F2 in India. We will update you about all the Redmi K20 features when it goes official next week.
