After several rumors and teasers, POCO India today finally launched its new smartphone POCO X2 in the country. The POCO X2 comes with features like gorilla glass body, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 64MP quad cameras with Sony IMX686 sensor, 120Hz display, Snapdragon 730G processor with up to 8GB RAM, liquid cooling, and a 4,500mAh battery with 27W fast charging. The POCO X2 price in India starts at Rs. 15,999 and it will be available via Flipkart and mi.com starting from February 11.
POCO X2 Full Specs
As expected, POCO X2 is a rebranded version of the Redmi K30 4G which was launched back in December in China. So, the POCO X2 sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+(1080 × 2400 pixels) LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and just 4.38mm cutouts on the top-right edge. The display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR 10, and it is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 730G 8nm processor with Adreno 618 GPU and paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB. The phone also comes with copper tube liquid cooling.
The quad rear camera setup on the phone includes a 64MP primary Sony IMX686 sensor with f/1.89 aperture, an 8MP 120° ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The dual in-screen front cameras include a 20MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera.
Connectivity options are Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C. The phone is powered by a 4500mAh battery with 27W fast charging support.
The smartphone runs on Android 10 based MIUI 11 on top.
The POCO X2 sports a 3D curved frosted glass body with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and comes in Atlantis Blue, Matrix Purple, and Phoenix Red colors. Dimensions of the handset are 165.3×76.6×8.79mm and its weight is 208g.
POCO X2 Price in India, Availability
POCO price in India starts at Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB+64GB version. The 6GB+128GB version is priced at Rs. 16,999 and the top-end 8GB+256GB version costs Rs. 19,999. The phone will go on sale via Flipkart and mi.com starting from February 11.
