To recall, because of the GST hike as well as lockdown many phone companies raised their prices in India. But now due to low sales and new smartphones launching frequently, smartphone companies including Xiaomi, Samsung, and Apple have slashed the prices of their mobiles. Let’s know which smartphones have become cheaper recently in India.
Samsung Galaxy M01
Samsung’s new budget smartphone Samsung Galaxy M01 gets Rs 600 price cut. The smartphone now starts at Rs 8,399. The Galaxy M01 has a 5.71-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 439 processor, 13MP+2MP dual rear camera, 5MP selfie camera, 4000mAh battery and One UI 2.0 based on Android 10.
Samsung Galaxy A21s
Samsung’s one of latest Galaxy A21s smartphone gets Rs 2,000 price cut for both models. The 4 GB RAM / 64 GB storage variant now costs Rs 14,999, the 6GB version costs Rs 16,499. If we talk about key specs, it gets a 6.5-inch TFT Infinity O display, octa-core Exynos 850 processor, 48MP + 8 MP + 2MP+ 2MP quad rear camera setup, 13-megapixel selfie camera, and 5,000 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy A51
Samsung Galaxy A51 has also become cheaper in India after getting Rs 2,000 price cut. Now the price of Galaxy A51 6 GB/128 is Rs 23,999 and the 8GB/128 GB variant costs Rs 25,999. The phone has a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ Infinity O Display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It gets Exynos 9611 processor, 48MP + 12MP + 5MP + 5MP quad rear camera, 32MP front camera, and a 4,000 mAh battery with 15W charging.
Redmi K20 Pro
Xiaomi has reduced the price of Redmi K20 Pro by Rs 4,000. Now the Redmi K20 Pro price in India starts at Rs 22,999. However, the Redmi K20 Pro price cut is only until August 31. Redmi K20 Pro has a 6.39 inch Full HD + AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855 processor, 48MP Sony sensor, 20MP pop-up selfie camera, and a 4,000mAh battery.
Apple iPhone 11
Apple has also cut the prices of its iPhones in India. The iPhone 11 64 GB variant is now available for Rs 62,900 on Amazon. The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina LCD display, IP68 rating, A13 Bionic processor, 12MP wide (f/1.8) camera, and a 12MP 120° Ultra-Wide camera on the back, 12MP front camera, a lithium-ion battery with Qi wireless charging and fast charging support.
