Meta’s Fair Demo have this AI model that can animate any sketch into a fully working animated character. You can achieve this without the complex knowledge of animation and the extensive work animators usually put in. This is still in the testing phase, so we may experience some shortcomings. Your sketch can be a stick figure, but there should be no overlapping of any limbs.
1. Visit the Meta’s FAIR AI Demo.
2. Click on the Animated Drawings. Then, accept the terms and conditions.
3. You can upload your sketch by clicking on “Upload Photos.”
4. To move forward, click on “Next.”
5. In the second step, you will be asked to Find the Character. You must cover the character you drew closely into the box by dragging the box’s edges.
6. On to the next step. Here, we have to highlight the sketch. If any part of our sketch is not selected, we have to highlight it. We can also remove extra stuff.
7. This step involves marking the moving joints of your sketch. As you can see in the image, the lines are moveable.
