Intex Turbo+ 4G VoLTE Feature Phone Launched In Navratna Series

India based phone maker Intex has introduced a new 4G feature phone along with 8 new 2G Feature phones. The Intex Turbo+ is the 4G VoLTE feature model, whereas the other 8 feature phones are divided into Eco series, Turbo series, and Ultra series.

Intex is also going to manufacture the next wave of Jio Feature Phones to be manufactured in India. Also, after Lava and Jio, Intex is the third company to introduce a Feature Phone in India.

The new Intex Turbo+ 4G is a new 4G VoLTE Feature phone from Intex. The phone comes with a 2.4-inch display with 320x240p resolution. It comes with a 2 Megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera.

Talking about hardware, the Intex Turbo+ 4G has a Dual-core processor and 512MB RAM with 4GB internal memory. You can expand this memory using microSD card by up to 32GB.


Running on Kai OS, the Turbo+ 4G has 4-way navigation and Jio apps. Apart from that, the phone supports 23 Indian languages and you can also control it by voice commands. The Turbo+ 4G packs a 2,000 mAh battery.

Other 2G Feature phones by Intex

While Intex turbo+ 4G is a 4G VoLTE feature phone, the company has also introduced 8 new 2G feature phones. These phones are divided in Eco series, Turbo series and Ultra series.

The Eco series comprise of Eco 102+, Eco 106, and Eco Selfie feature phones. All 3 phones in the Eco range come with a 1.8-inch QVGA display. The Eco Selfie phone also has a front camera. The battery life on Eco series varies from 800 mAh to 1800 mAh depending on the model. Additional features are multi-language support and currency verification.

Coming to the Turbo series, we have the Turbo Shine and Turbo Selfie 18 Feature phones. They come with a 2.4-inch display. The Turbo Selfie 18 packs a front camera and a flash for the rear camera. Memory in both devices can be expanded by up to 32GB. The Turbo Shine has a 1,400 mAh battery and the Turbo Selfie packs  1800 mAh. Both phones have multi-language support.

Lastly, we have the Ultra series, which has the Ultra 2400+ and the Ultra Selfie phones. The Ultra 2400+ has 2.4-inch display, rear camera with flash, 64GB expandable storage option and a 2,400 mAh battery. On the other hand, the Ultra Selfie has a 2.8 inch display with front and rear cameras, 64GB expansion option, and a big 3,000 mAh battery.

Pricing and Availability

All the feature phones including the Turbo+ 4G and Ultra Selfie phone are priced between Rs. 700-1500.
