Motorola Moto Z2 Force Lenovo

Motorola is in the news again. This time, it is the Moto Z2 Force. The successor of the Moto Z Force has just shown up in a press render. The leaked photo reveals the refreshed design language of the upcoming flagship. We can also see a dual camera setup along with a restyled home button cum fingerprint scanner.

Reinforced with Motorola’s ShatterShield technology, the Moto Z2 Force will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC. Lenovo is expected to launch the smartphone within a couple of months. Here are the expected specifications of it.

Moto Z2 Force Specifications and Release Date

Coming to the specs, the Moto Z2 Force will be similar to the Moto Z2. However, the former will be sport a significantly rugged construction. There will be a shatter-resistant glass over the screen as well as better protection from water, dust, and shock.

The flagship handset is anticipated to pack a 5.5 inch Quad HD display. A Snapdragon 835 chipset may power up the phone. This could be mated with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The successor of the Moto Z Force is expected to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

As a member of the Motorola Moto Z family, the Moto Z2 Force shall support Moto Mods. The phone may house a 12 MP rear camera with laser-assisted autofocus and ultra-wise aperture. An 8 MP selfie shooter may sit at the front of the upcoming smartphone along with a dedicated dual LED flash.

The Moto Z2 Force should come with all the usual connectivity options starting from 1 Gbps 4G VoLTE till USB 3.1 Type C. The phone will boast a robust build quality. An IPxx water and dust resistance certification shall also be there.

Release Date

Speaking of the release date, Lenovo may announce the Moto Z2 Force at around August 2017. Other smartphones from the Moto Z2 family like the Moto Z2 Play and the original Moto Z2 will also launch along with it.
