Act Fibernet partners with YuppTV to provide access to 140 live channels

ACT Fibernet has updated its Android app and is now providing over 140 live TV channels to its users powered by YuppTV. These channels are free to watch for all the ACT Fibernet users and come with no additional cost. ACT FIbernet is already providing the ACT Entertainment broadband plans which offer live TV channels to all the users powered by Hooq TV, YuppTV and FastFilmz free of cost.

How to watch Live TV on ACT Fibernet app

  • Make sure that your ACT Fibernet app is updated, or download the app if haven’t yet.
  • Sign into the app using your ACT Broadband username and password.
  • Tap on the Live TV banner from the home screen and select the language from the language list (Bengali, Bhojpuri, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and more).
  • Now, you will be able to search for any channel you want to watch live.

ACT has said that it is also offering a new and improved support section for the users with the new update. It is now easy to apply for a new ACT Broadband connection using the app. The update also brings some minor bug fixes and improvements to the user interface.

This service is not available for the desktop users for free. The company offering six months of free trial to the YuppTV service, after that a monthly subscription of Rs. 99 has to be paid. The free trial also includes access to FastFilmz, ALTBalaji and HOOQ. The Live TV feature is currently only available for Android smartphone users.
