Sony Xperia E1 and Xperia E1 Dual launched in India at 9,490 INR and 10,490 INR

Sony Xperia E1 and Sony Xperia E1 Dual which were announced a few weeks backs for Asian markets have now arrived in India priced at Rs. 9,490 and 10,490 respectively. The highlighted feature of this phone is the 100 Db speakers at the back for those who like it extra loud.


The 4 inch TFT LCD display has 800 x 480 pixels across it, amounting to 233 pixels per inches. On the software front you will get Android 4.3 OS for rich Android experience.

The processor uses is MSM8210 Snapdragon 200 with 2 Cortex A7 (Not A5) based cores ticking at 1.2 GHz alongside Adreno 302 GPU and LPDDR2 512 MB RAM interface. Internal storage is 4 GB and you could further extend it by 32 GB using MicroSD support.

For imaging, you will get a 3 MP rear camera without LED flash. Apart from 100db speakers, you get ClearAudio+ technology from Sony for high quality sound. You can also change tracks by simply shaking the phone. Xperia E1 is 12 mm thick and weighs moderate 120 grams.

Battery capacity is 1700 mAh and connectivity features include 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with aGPS support. Xperia E1 is not feature rich, but will offer you Xperia branding at a subsidized price. Sony Xperia E1 Dual will go on sale first starting from 10th March 2014 and Xperia E1 will arrive later on 25th March.
