Early this month, indigenous tech manufacturer Lava announced the launch of a dual SIM tablet called Lava QPAD e704. Now, the firm has come up with yet another tablet with dual SIM cards slots for voice calling and the new tablet dubbed IvoryS is priced at Rs 8,499.
The display on the Lava IvoryS is a 7 inch capacitive multi-touch panel carrying a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and there is a dual-core MediaTek MT8312 processor ticking at 1.3 GHz along with Mali 400 GPU running at 416 MHz. Multi-tasking is managed by 1 GB of RAM under the hood.
To meet the imaging requirements of the users the Lava IvoryS includes a 3.2 MP primary camera at its back with LED flash and a VGA front-facing snapper for making video calls. The tablet comes bundled with 4 GB of default storage space that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. Other goodies include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with aGPS and a 2,800 mAh battery.
The Lava IvoryS tablet is fueled by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and it comes pre-loaded with a slew of applications including productivity, security and gaming apps. Some of them include WhatsApp, Opera Browser, Hungama Music App, EA Games and PayTM.
