As the entry-level smartphone market is witnessing the launch of many Android KitKat based devices, India based vendor S Mobility has announced the launch of one such handset dubbed Spice Stellar Mi-600. The handset packs impressive specifications for an entry-level smartphone and is listed for sale on online retailer Homeshop18 for a price tag of Rs 9,999.

As per the listing, the Spice Stellar Mi-600 is given a gigantic 6 inch IPS display that carries a qHD resolution of 960×540 pixels. Under the hood, the handset incorporates a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor of unspecified chipset paired with the usual 1 GB of RAM. It has enhanced camera capabilities for a sub Rs 10,000 smartphone with an 8 MP primary camera with LED flash and an impressive 3.2 MP front-facer for making video calls and capturing gorgeous selfies.

It appears like Spice has not focused much on the storage department as the handset bundles the standard 4 GB of internal storage that can be enhanced externally up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. Connectivity features onboard include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with aGPS.
