The Mumbai based firm has launched an octa-core smartphone dubbed Wammy Neo Youth based on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and is priced at Rs 8,490.
Detailing on the specifications, the Wicked Wammy Neo Youth arrives with a 5 inch display packing HD resolution of 1280×720 pixels and is powered by a MediaTek octa-core chipset. This processor is supplemented by 1 GB of RAM and Mali 450 MP graphics engine. On the imaging front, the device packs a 13 MP primary snapper that is teamed up with LED flash and a 5 MP front-facing unit to help making video calls and clicking gorgeous looking selfies.
The storage demands of the users are addressed by 8 GB of native storage capacity that can be expanded externally up to 64 GB by means of a micro SD card. Connectivity features onboard include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and there is a 2,200 mAh battery.
The highlight of Wickedleak Wammy Neo Youth is that it is the cheapest octa-core smartphone available in the market. In simple words, the firm has set a new standard for the octa-core smartphones by launching a device in the sub Rs 10,000 price bracket. Furthermore, Wickedleak is providing a free flip cover which is speculated to arrive with S View kind of an opening. The Wammy Neo Youth will enter pre-booking from July 15 for Rs 8,490 from the official Wickedleak store.
