Swipe Slate Pro Tablet with 9.7 Inch Display and Voice Calling Launched for 10,499 INR

ttSwipe Telecom has announced the launch of new tablet called Swipe Slate Pro. The device makes use of a large 9.7 inch IPS display and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The tablet comes with a SIM card slot for voice calling and 3G connectivity as well. Swipe has entered a partnership Snapdeal to sell the Slate Pro exclusively.

In terms of technical specifications, the Swipe Slate Pro boasts of a 9.7 inch IPS multi-touch display with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels. Under its hood, the Swipe tablet employs a 1.3 GHz quad core processor of unspecified chipset. This processor is assisted by a 1 GB of RAM that should suffice in rendering the desires levels of multitasking.

The imaging department of the Swipe Slate Pro is pretty low end as the slate makes use of a 2 MP back camera and a VGA front facer for basic video recording. Other goodies onboard the Swipe tablet include 16 GB of native storage capacity that can be expanded externally, connectivity aspects such as  3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 6,400 mAh battery.
