Vodafone offers Rs. 2100 cashback on itel A20, a new entry-level Android smartphone

Vodafone India and itel Mobile have announced a partnership to provide cashback offer on the purchase of itel A20 Smartphone. The offer provides a cashback of Rs. 2,100 to a Vodafone subscriber buying the itel A20, bringing its effective price to just Rs. 1,590 from its original price of Rs. 3,690.

Vodafone with the latest partnership with itel mobiles further strengthens its mission to popularize 4G connectivity in India. Vodafone India had earlier partnered with another smartphone maker Micromax to offer cashback, thus providing 4G phones at budget prices.

Vodafone cashback offer on itel A20

To avail this latest cashback offer from itel and Vodafone, customers will have to buy the itel A20 smartphone which is priced at Rs. 3,690. Buyers will then need to recharge with Rs. 150 or more in a calendar month continuously for 18 months. At the end of 18 months, customers will get a cashback of Rs. 900. Further, continuing to recharge Rs. 150 per month, customers can again get an additional cashback of Rs. 1,200 after another 18 months.

Thus, the total cashback will be Rs. 2,100 and making the effective cost of the phone Rs. 1,590. The bundled offer can be availed up to March 31, 2018. Subscribers will receive the cashback in their M-Pesa wallets, which can be used to recharge, pay bills, transfer money or withdraw cash.


itel A20 specifications

If we talk about features, itel A20 comes with a 4-inch WVGA screen. The phone supports 4G VoLTE (Voice over LTE) and ViLTE (Video over LTE) features and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor which is further supported by 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory.

In terms of the camera, the itel A20 offers a 2MP rear camera with flash and a VGA front camera. The phone is powered by a 1,700mAh battery.
