Xiaomi WhatsApp Mi Bunny service launched for support, news, meetups and more

WhatsApp recently launched the WhatsApp Business app last month aimed at small businesses to help them connect with their customers. Today, the company announced the Xiaomi WhatsApp Mi Bunny service to help all the Indian customers to get the latest updates about the devices, news and meetups. It can also be used to register your complaints about your Xiaomi smartphones.

In an announcement, the company revealed that the Xiaomi WhatsApp Mi Bunny service would provide the latest Xiaomi news, Xiaomi’s new product launches, exciting product deals, sale reminders, MIUI weekly updates and reminders about Mi Fan meetups. If you want to raise any kind of support request, you can send “Support” as a message then follow the on-screen instructions.

You will also receive a callback once you submit a support request, this service is only available from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM, Xiaomi mentioned.

  • Open WhatsApp and look for the Xiaomi India service to send first text.
  • Now, send a message – it can be anything, even Hi and you will get a welcome message from Xiaomi.
  • Optional; text your Name and your City, it will help Xiaomi to tell you about the upcoming events in your city.

If you are not satisfied or find this WhatsApp service annoying, then you can unsubscribe anytime. Just send a “STOP” text, and the messages will be stopped. The Xiaomi Mi Bunny WhatsApp service is currently in Beta and is limited to the capabilities listed above. There will be more functionality coming to this service soon.
