Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7S Astro White Edition Launched in India: Price, Availability

After announcing the new White color editions of Redmi Note 7 series in China, Xiaomi has now launched the same in India today. The new Astro White Editions of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Note 7S will be available on Flipkart and Mi.com both. The pre-orders for this new color variant will start from tomorrow.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro earlier came in Space Black, Neptune Blue, and Nebula Red color versions. While the Redmi Note 7S Astro was previously available in Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red versions.

Price, Availability

The Redmi Note 7 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 13,999 for the base 4GB RAM+64GB storage variant. The phone also comes in 6GB RAM+64GB storage option and that is priced at Rs. 15,999. Lastly, the top-end 6GB RAM+128GB storage model costs Rs. 16,999.

The Redmi Note 7S Astro price in India starts at Rs. 10,999 for the 3GB+32GB variant and goes up to Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant.


Both phones’ White Editions will be available for pre-order from Flipkart and mi.com starting from tomorrow midnight. They will also be available in Mi Home stores.

Specs and Features

If we talk about specs and features, both the smartphones sport a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) Dot Notch Display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. They have a Gorilla Glass 5 back panel as well.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 7S has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and the Redmi Note 7 Pro has a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC. They both run MIUI 10 on top of Android 9 Pie.

In terms of camera, these sport a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. There is a 13-megapixel selfie camera on both the phones.

Connectivity options on both models include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm jack. They both pack a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 fast charging support.
