Realme 5 Pro with 48MP Quad Camera Setup Launched in India: Specs, Price & Availability

Realme 5 Pro was launched at an event in New Delhi today. The latest smartphone from the company comes with a 48MP sensor in a quad rear camera set up. Apart from this, other highlights of the phone are 6.3-inch FHD+ dewdrop notch display, Snapdragon 712 processor and 4,035mAh battery.

Realme 5 Pro Price in India, Availability

Realme 5 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB version. The 6GB+64GB model of the phone is priced at Rs. 14,999, and lastly, the  8GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs. 16,999.

The Realme 5 Pro comes with Realme’s typical diamond-cut design in Crystal Green and Crystal Blue colors. It will be available via Flipkart and Realme.com starting from September 4. The phone will soon be available from offline stores.

Realme 5 Pro Specifications

The Realme 5 Pro sports a 6.3 inches FHD+ (2340*1080 pixels) display. The dewdrop notch on top of display offers a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Dimensions of the phone are 157*74.2*8.9mm and its weight is 184g.

The device is powered by Snapdragon 712 10nm processor clocked at 2.3GHz. It is paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie.

In the camera department, its quad rear camera set up has a 48MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle camera with f/2.25 Aperture and 119° FoV, a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture and 4cm focus distance, and a 2MP portrait camera.

The rear camera supports HDR, Nightscape, and Chroma Boost features. It also supports 4k/30fps, EIS, and slo-mo. There is a 16MP AI front camera with f/2.0 aperture, and
AI Beautification, HDR features.

Connectivity features include dual nano-sim cards, triple slots, VoLTE, 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 The device packs a 4035mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.

Sensors on the phone include Magnetic Induction Sensor, Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Gyro-meter, Gravity Sensor, Acceleration, and Fingerprint Sensor.
