OnePlus Z is going to launch soon in India and this time OnePlus is going back to making flagship killers rather than flagship smartphone itself. The OnePlus Z smartphone has been confirmed to be launched in July but the specifications and other aspects are still unknown.
However, we got some leaks and rumors about the upcoming OnePlus Z. These rumors confirm some of the features and specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Z smartphone.
OnePlus Z Design
According to the renders shared by the OnLeaks and 91Mobiles, the smartphone design is going to be more like the Galaxy S10. It will come with a center punch hole on the display for the front-facing camera. The display won’t be curved like in the Galaxy S10 or the OnePlus 8 Pro.
The OnePlus Z is going to have a vertical camera module at the back with possible triple camera setup. You may also get a fourth camera module as a time of flight module from the OnePus 8 Pro. The back panel will be Gorilla glass just like all other OnePlus smartphones and you will get all the ports and buttons like the previous smartphones.
OnePlus Z Processor
OnePlus Z was rumored to be powered by a MediaTek processor like the Dimensity 800 or 1000. A new rumor suggests that the new smartphone from OnePlus may use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor which is a 5G capable processor.
A Geekbanch listing of the devices which is going to be running off this processor has been leaked by WinFuture. This leak reveals that the OnePlus Z will be running a Qualcomm processor with eight cores with a clock speed of 1.8GHz and 12GB RAM.
OnePlus Z Camera
There were some renders that show that the OnePlus Z is going to feature the dual-camera setup. There are more rumors that the smartphone is going to feature a triple camera setup at the back. The main camera may be a 48MP sensor with a 16MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor.

The front-facing selfie camera may be a 16MP shooter on the OnePlus Z just like in some previous OnePlus smartphones. Some rumors also suggest that the primary camera in the rear is going to be a 64MP sensor. A tweet from popular tipster Max J claimed that the smartphone is going to feature quad-camera.
OnePlus Z Price in India
The OnePlus Z was supposed to be launch alongside the OnePlus 8 series but the brand kept it for later release. The smartphone is going to launch in July and the pricing is going to be really competitive this time. The smartphone could start at a price tag of Rs 22,799 equivalent to the expected $299 price rumor.
There will be ni variants in this series of OnePlus except for the RAM variants and the price is supposed to be less than the recently released Apple iPhone SE 2020. If OnePlus kept the price smartphone right then more people will tend to buy this smartphone rather than the smartphones from Oppo, Vivo, and Samsung at this price.
