Open WhatsApp Web on your computer on any browser of your choice and log in to your account using the QR code. After that, follow the steps below:
1. Now, open any chat window to whom you want to send a photo.
2. Attach an image from your computer by clicking on the attachment icon.
3. Now, on the top of the image, you will see various photo editing options just like you see on your mobile.

The first option is for adding emojis, the second is for stickers, the third one is for adding text, and the fourth one is for painting.
