1. Launch Instagram on your phone and switch to your profile page.
2. Tap the Plus (+) button next to the hamburger menu to create a new reel or an Instagram story.
3. Select the picture or video you want to post as a reel or story, and you will see a pop-up of the new Create Sticker feature.
4. On the editing screen, tap the Stickers icon and select the Create sticker.
5. Select an image from your phone with a clear subject to cut it easily.
6. Instagram’s Segment Anything AI model will automatically detect the subject and convert it into a sticker. Press the Use Sticker button.
If Instagram fails to auto-detect the subject, you can manually cut the subject from the image.
