After Arya Z2, Salora international is set to launch another Arya branded smartphone- Arya A1 Plus in India to compete with Android One smartphones.
We don’t know much about the hardware or software configuration of upcoming Arya A1 Plus, except for the display size. The phone will support a 4.5 Inch display analogous to Android one phones. Other expected hardware includes 1.3 GHz quad core chipset with 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage and Android 4.4 KitKat. As you can see in the teaser image, it will be available in multiple color options.
The Arya Z2 launched couple of months back was indeed a value for money proposition with 5 inch HD Display, 1.3 GHz quad core chipset, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, MicroSD card slot, 8 MP rear camera and 1800 mAh battery for 6,999 INR.
Salora International, the company behind the relatively new Arya Smartphone brand in India, has had several years of experience in manufacturing feature phones and smartphones for other brands. The Arya brand thus benefits from already well established distribution and after sales support network. The company is expected to roll out invites for the launch of Arya Z1 Plus very soon.
