The famous tipster MMXNewscaster has now unveiled the upcoming Mini variant of the present flagship phone, Micromax Canvas Turbo, in his latest tweets. Micromax launched Canvas Turbo A250 (Full Review) a few months back and successfully roped in Hugh Jackman as its Brand Ambassdor. Following the global trends, Micromax will launch the Mini Variant, Micromax Canvas Turbo Mini A200 in India soon.
According to a previous leek from the same source, Micromax Canvas Mini will feature a 4.7 inch display with 720p HD resolution amounting to 312 pixels per inches. The display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2 which makes it resistant to physical abuse.
The Phone will be powered by 1.3 GHz quad core processor backed by 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. We spotted the phone on Antutu with a benchmark score of 16, 921 which if true, is more than decent.
The Micromax A200 will feature a 8 MP camera at the back and a 5 MP camera at the front. The battery capacity will be 1800 mAh. The decorous hardware specifications of the phone are adequate for a Mini variant.
Micromax has been on a launch spree in the New Year with several new phones like Micromax Canvas XL, Micromax Canvas Mad and Micromax A71 already official and with many more like Micromax A200, Micromax A350 and Micromax A075 in the pipeline.
