But, the actual difference is that the Jivi phone runs on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, whereas the Spice handset is based on Firefox OS. Price and Conclusion

Both Jivi and Spice smartphones have almost similar set of hardware with the key different between them boiling down to the software part. The Jivi phone has the OGS display tech and increased additional storage space. However, the Spice Fire One has a front-facing selfie camera onboard for video calling. The operating systems are different and they will render completely different user experience, hence, the buying depends on individual choice.
