Display and Processor
While Micromax Yureka sports a bigger 5.5 inch display with HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution resulting in a pixel density of 267 PPI. Whereas all new Xiaomi Mi 4i comes with a standard 5 inch display with full HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution resulting in a sharp pixel density of 441 PPI. Micromax Yureka and Xiaomi Mi 4i features same Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection that will protect the display from scratches and damage to a great extent.
In terms of processor both these smartphones are powered by 64-bit, Octa Core Snapdragon 615 chipsets. The clock frequency is marginally higher on Mi4i, but that shouldn’ translate to much of rear world difference. Both the smartphones make use of 2 GB of RAM for flawless multitasking.
Camera and Internal Storage
On the camera front both these smartphones flaunts the same camera combination. Micromax Yureka boasts of a 13 MP auto-focus snapper with LED flash with 5 MP front facing camera for selfies and video conferencing. Xiaomi Mi 4i sports the same 13 MP auto-focus camera with dual tone LED flash.But the imaging performance of Mi 4i is definitely better with Exposure Compensation, ISO Control and HDR Mode. It has same 5 MP camera for selfies and video conferencing.
Moving on to storage capacity, Xiaomi Mi 4i is offering 16 GB of native storage out of which 10. 7 GB will be user available without any expandable storage. whereas Micromax Yureka comes with the same 16 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded to 32 GB with micro SD card slot. it is clearly evident that Yureka has an upper hand in the storage department.
Battery and Features
Xiaomi Mi 4i is definitely better as far as battery backup is considered. it boasts of a massive 312omAh battery which will keep it running for long time off charge even on heavy usage. Yureka has a standard 2500mAh battery which offers a descent usage time but Mi 4I is the winner.
On the software front, both these smartphones run on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Yureka is based on CyanogenMod 11S where as Mi 4i sports the beautiful MIUI6 interface.
