Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime specifications revealed ahead of launch on January 17

Samsung is planning to launch its latest smartphone in the On series dubbed as the On7 Prime in India on January 17. Now, ahead of the launch, the smartphone has been listed on GFXBench benchmarking site. The GFX listing has revealed a few key specs which we have already seen in the Amazon listing last week.

Samsung has earlier revealed the smartphone as the Galaxy On7 Prime on Amazon listing. Also, according to that report, the smartphone will be launched in India next week on January 17 and it is obvious that the smartphone will be exclusively available on Amazon India. Now, GFXBench listing has revealed its specs again.

Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime Specifications

As per the GFXBench listing, the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime has a 5.5-inch display with full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution and 5 finger gesture support. The earlier listing also revealed it will feature the metal body. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Further, as per the GFXBench listing, it is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor with Mali-T830 GPU. The smartphone has 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. As per the Amazon listing, the smartphone will have two memory variants – 3GB of RAM with 32GB internal memory and 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal memory, supporting 256 GB expandable storage via micro SD card slot.


Further, in the camera department, the Galaxy On7 phone is listed with a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a LED flash. There is a similar 13-megapixel camera On the front for selfies. Both the cameras come with f//1.9 aperture.

The GFX listing also shows the connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and WiFi. And, the device has an accelerometer, light sensor, and proximity sensor as well. The Galaxy On7 Prime will also feature Samsung Pay Mini to transfer money. In the listing, there is no information about its battery.

The Galaxy On7 Prime will come in Black and Gold color options and it will be available exclusively on Amazon India. Currently, there is no information about the pricing of the smartphone.
