Yesterday two popular flagship devices entered the Indian Smartphone Market – Xiaomi Mi 4i and Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML. Both the devices tend to have the best of their specifications and are very aggressively priced. Now you all must be very much excited and very much confused as of which one these to go for.
That’s why I thought of giving you an end-to-end comparison of both these devices.

Display & Processor
The Display of both the first place where we can notice a difference. The Screen of Asus Zenfone 2 is 5.5 inch whereas on Xiaomi Mi 4i its is 5 inch, but when we had a closer look we realized that the Mi 4i had a full-HD 1080p display whereas the Zenfone 2 had only a HD 720p display. The Zenfone 2 has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection whereas the Mi 4i has a new OGS(One Glass Solution) display (i.e. from Corning) which provides the toughness & scratch-resistant capabilities of the Corning Gorilla Glass 3, but also the newly developed OGS display provides a more thin screen and more sensitive touchscreen.
Coming to Processor both the Asus and Xiaomi are using two different processors (i.e. Asus – Intel ; Xiaomi – Qualcomm Snapdragon). But we could have a look at their Anutu Benchmark scores – Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML Antutu Benchmark score is 40936 whereas Xiaomi Mi 4i Antutu Benchmark score is 40253. The new Snapdragon 615 chipset in the Xiaomi Mi 4i makes it much more battery efficient than the Asus Zenfone 2 as the Intel Z3560 chipset in the Asus Zenfone 2 tends to be more battery consuming.

Camera and Internal Storage
The Camera on the both the devices is pretty decent as being 13 MP Rear Camera with 5-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone flash on both the devices, just the front Camera differs a bit being 5MP on both the devices but with f/1.8 aperture & 80 degrees wide angle lens on the Xiaomi Mi 4i , whereas with f/2.0 aperture & 85 degrees wide angle lens on the Zenfone 2. Simplifying the technical terms the greater aperture and wide angle lens on the Zenfone 2 means better Selfie’s.
Coming to Storage space the Asus Zenfone 2 has a 16GB Internal Memory with 64GB Expandable option whereas the Mi 4i has a 16GB Internal Memory but sadly no Expandable Storage option.
Battery and Features
In terms of Battery the Xiaomi Mi 4i definitely wins coming with 3120 mAh battery capable of providing an average 1.5 days of usage whereas the Asus Zenfone 2 with a 3000 mAh battery with a less than a day usage sustaining capability. Also both the devices come with Quick-Charge options.
Talking about the new features the Xiaomi Mi 4i comes with a complete pack of new and interesting features – Sunlight Display, Visual IVR, CMOS sensor at this price point and much more. The Asus Zenfone 2 has camera enhancements options including the Zenflash and Lollifash along with the device having set of customization options.

Both these flagship fight bravely against one-another with just a slightest of the differences on many grounds.
Now if you prefer a long lasting battery and better display then I would suggest you going for Xiaomi Mi4i.
